What is the pricing structure?
One flat monthly price by company size, with every feature included: $149, $299 or $549 a month for up to 5, 10 or 25 teammates, plus a one-time setup fee. Custom pricing for 26+. See pricing.
Can EXT integrate with my current accounting software?
Yes. EXT has two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and exports to any other accounting software.
How long is the onboarding process?
Most companies are set up in 2–4 weeks, including data migration, price book setup and crew training. It can be faster or longer depending on your team's availability.
Is EXT a tree-care-only tool?
No. Tools like Arborgold and SingleOps are built only for tree care. EXT fits tree companies that also do landscape or snow work and want one system for all of it.
Does EXT currently accept payments?
Yes. Customers can pay by card right on the invoice or through the online payment portal.
